We have an exciting vacancy for a regional Services Manager to lead our delivery team across the South of the county.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and people management skills to maintain efficient operating systems, policies and procedures.
This person should be passionate about championing the ethos and values of the organisation when it comes to recovery and substance use plus our ABCD approach to supporting our clients, staff and volunteer base.
Alongside managing a geographical team, this person will lead on our countywide Adult Recovery Service which includes service design and ongoing development, quality assurance of delivery, co-ordination of data and impact and engagement with funders.
The remit of this role is in the south of the county so you will need to be able to travel between CADAS offices in Barrow and Kendal, to rural locations, sometimes outside of normal working hours and so you would need to be able to drive.
The role is 30 hours per week with a view to growing it to full time if desired. The salary at 30hrs per week is £25,131pa. As a contemporary employer we would be happy to discuss a more flexible approach to hours and working times as part of the selection process.
This is a ‘regulated’ position and you would be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with a vetting and barring check for both the adult and the children’s workforce.
