£30,049 annual salary pro rata

Cumbria Alcohol and Drug Advisory Service (CADAS) have an exciting vacancy for a regional Services Manager to lead our growing delivery team.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and people management skills to maintain efficient operating systems, policies and procedures. This person should also be passionate about championing the ethos and values of the organisation when it comes to recovery and substance use plus our ABCD approach to supporting our clients, staff and volunteer base.

The footprint for this role is in the North and West of the county so you will need to be able to travel to rural locations, sometimes outside of normal working hours and, as such, access to a vehicle is required.

The role is initially 30 hours per week but we hope the successful applicant will help us to grow it.  As a contemporary employer we would be happy to discuss a more flexible approach to hours and working times as part of the selection process.

This is a “regulated” position and you would be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with a vetting and barring check for both the adult and the children’s workforce.
