Did you know that over 50% of our clients are in employment? To provide further support to these clients, and develop a new income stream, CADAS has launched a Business Wellbeing service. There are two elements to this project: training and consultancy and recovery. CADAS can provide training to companies, such as Drug and Alcohol Awareness and Drug and Alcohol Champions, as well as any bespoke training an organisation feels that they need. Additionally, we can support managers, HR teams, and union representatives with supporting employees and developing policies to help anybody displaying addictive behaviours. Finally, businesses can pay for a Recovery Coach to work with an employee displaying addictive behaviours, to help them overcome this.
